By accessing, registering an account, or purchasing digital goods on BlueNode.space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Marketplace Rulebook.
When you purchase a resource on BlueNode, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the digital asset on servers you directly own or manage. You do not acquire copyright ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing by the creator.
Redistributing, re-selling, leaking, decompiling for unauthorized redistribution, or sub-licensing purchased resources violates international copyright conventions and will result in immediate termination of all platform licenses.
