Product & Service Standards

Standards of conduct governing custom development services, commissions, freelancing, and overall commercial transactions.

Official Marketplace Directive — Mandatory ComplianceThese rules apply to all creators, developers, service providers, and registered members of BlueNode. Violations result in account warnings, listing suspension, or permanent termination. Use the anchor links to cite specific directives.

[ NODE-PS-01 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Strict Intellectual Property & Originality Directives

All products, custom code, setups, artwork, and configurations sold on BlueNode must be 100% original work or fully licensed under unambiguous commercial distribution terms.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Reselling decompiled, leaked, or nulled code from other developers is immediate grounds for permanent banning and blacklisting.
If using open-source libraries (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL), creators must comply with the upstream license terms and credit original authors.

[ NODE-PS-02 ]High Priority

Written Scope of Work & Milestone Agreements for Services

Sellers providing custom commissions or development services must establish an explicit written scope of work detailing deliverables, deadlines, and pricing prior to accepting funds.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Vague agreements like "I will build you a full server" without itemized feature lists will be decided in favor of the buyer in the event of a dispute.
Sellers must notify clients immediately if unexpected technical roadblocks arise that will impact stated deadlines.

[ NODE-PS-03 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

On-Platform Escrow & Prohibition of Circumvention

Conducting off-platform payments to circumvent BlueNode commission fees, tax obligations, or buyer protections is strictly forbidden.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Soliciting buyers met on BlueNode to pay via unauthorized personal crypto wallets or "Friends and Family" PayPal to dodge fees will result in creator account revocation.
Transactions initiated through BlueNode are only protected by our dispute resolution system when processed through the official gateway.

[ NODE-PS-04 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Delivery of Functional, Bug-Free Digital Goods

Custom deliverables must conform strictly to the accepted specifications and be functional upon delivery in the client's specified environment.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Sellers are obligated to provide a minimum 14-day bug-fix warranty for custom software commissions at no extra charge to rectify defects.
Deliberately sabotaging code with hidden dependencies or timed expiry code without prior agreement is classified as fraud.

[ NODE-PS-05 ]Standard Regulation

Transparent Pricing & Prohibition of Hidden Surcharges

The displayed price on resources and agreed quote on service commissions must be comprehensive. Sellers cannot impose surprise fees for essential files.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Requiring buyers to pay additional fees to download dependencies that were advertised as included is forbidden.

[ NODE-PS-06 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure of Client Data

Freelancers and service providers who gain access to a client's server files, credentials, or private databases must preserve complete confidentiality.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Stealing proprietary server maps, custom plugins, or leaking player databases gained during a commission will lead to criminal referral and permanent bans.

[ NODE-PS-07 ]High Priority

Refund Obligations Upon Non-Performance or Cancellation

If a service provider fails to meet agreed deadlines without reasonable justification, or fails to deliver the contracted work, they must issue a prompt refund.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Partial refunds may be mediated by BlueNode Staff based on verifiable progress delivered up to the cancellation point.

[ NODE-PS-08 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Anti-Vouch & Anti-Collusion Trading Directives

Creating artificial service listings or phantom orders to fabricate sales volume, boost leaderboard rankings, or harvest fake reviews is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

All monitored accounts engaged in circular transactions will have their balances frozen and seller permissions revoked.
