1. Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Each person may only hold one account unless authorized by staff.
2. User Conduct
- All users must follow our Community Rules and Content Guidelines.
- Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Do not attempt to scam, defraud, or mislead other users.
- Do not upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Purchases are final. Refunds are handled at the discretion of the marketplace team.
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase via download links.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
- Marketplace fees are applied to each sale as disclosed to creators.
4. Creator Terms
- Creators retain ownership of their submitted content.
- By submitting a resource, you grant BlueNode a license to display and distribute it.
- Resources must be original work or properly licensed.
- Creators are responsible for providing accurate descriptions and working files.
- BlueNode may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
BlueNode provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Users may delete their accounts at any time through Settings.
