Anti-Scam Directives & Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution

1. Anti-Scam Shield & Enforcement Mechanisms

BlueNode enforces a strict anti-fraud policy. Any seller found taking payment for custom work and disappearing, delivering stolen files, or sabotaging client servers will be permanently banned, have their IP and hardware identifiers blacklisted, and their details provided to fraud networks.

2. Filing a DMCA / Copyright Infringement Claim

If you are the legitimate copyright owner of code, models, builds, or artwork that has been uploaded to BlueNode without your authorization, you may file an expedited DMCA Notice:

• Email [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Takedown Notice".
• Include the exact URL of the infringing BlueNode resource.
• Provide proof of original authorship (e.g. commit history, timestamped repository, or official registration).
• Infringing resources are placed in temporary quarantine within 24 hours while claims are verified.

3. Appeals Desk Protocol

If you believe your account or resource was unfairly suspended or removed, you may submit a formal appeal via /support/appeal with relevant documentation.
