Core rules governing account integrity, platform security, and acceptable conduct across all of BlueNode.

Official Marketplace Directive — Mandatory ComplianceThese rules apply to all creators, developers, service providers, and registered members of BlueNode. Violations result in account warnings, listing suspension, or permanent termination. Use the anchor links to cite specific directives.

[ NODE-GL-01 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Account Integrity & Prohibition of Alternative Accounts (Alt Policy)

Users are permitted only one primary account. The creation or use of secondary/alternative accounts to bypass bans, circumvent purchasing limits, manipulate voting/reviews, or evade moderation is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Any alternate account detected evading an active suspension will be permanently terminated along with the original account.
Account sharing or selling registered BlueNode accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited.
If multiple members of the same household share an IP, submit a support ticket to verify identity and avoid false flags.

[ NODE-GL-02 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Platform Security & Anti-Exploitation Directives

Attempting to probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or breach security or authentication measures on BlueNode without proper authorization is strictly forbidden.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Any attempt to exploit billing, wallet systems, download tokens, or licensing API endpoints will result in immediate IP banning and legal action.
Responsible security researchers who discover genuine vulnerabilities must report them privately via [email protected] and may be eligible for bug bounties.

[ NODE-GL-03 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Civil Conduct, Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Doxxing

All members of the BlueNode ecosystem must interact professionally. Harassment, hate speech, threats, intimidation, or publishing non-public personal information (doxxing) is grounds for immediate termination.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Disclosing real names, physical addresses, private phone numbers, IP addresses, or personal social accounts without explicit consent will result in an immediate lifetime ban.
Defamatory campaigns targeting creators, staff, or buyers across public channels are strictly forbidden.

[ NODE-GL-04 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Commercial Fraud, Chargebacks & Payment Integrity

All payments made on BlueNode are legally binding commercial transactions. Initiating fraudulent credit card chargebacks or deceptive payment claims is classified as commercial fraud.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Unjustified chargebacks or disputes opened without contacting creator support or BlueNode staff will lead to automatic account blacklisting and license revocation.
Using stolen credit cards, hacked PayPal accounts, or unauthorized cryptocurrencies is reported to relevant authorities and payment processors.

[ NODE-GL-05 ]High Priority

Staff Impersonation & Falsification of Authority

No user may pretend to be a BlueNode staff member, administrator, moderator, or authorized representative through usernames, avatars, badges, or deceptive messages.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Official BlueNode staff always possess the verified shield badge and green/blue administrative titles.
Staff will never ask for your account password or crypto private keys.

[ NODE-GL-06 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Prohibition of Malicious Links & Phishing Attempts

Posting, transmitting, or sharing links to phishing sites, malware downloads, credential harvesters, or deceptive shortened URLs is strictly banned.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

All external resource download links must point directly to trusted, scan-verified platforms (e.g., GitHub releases, verified CDN nodes).
Links containing monetized link-shorteners (AdFly, Linkvertise) that force adware onto users are not allowed.

[ NODE-GL-07 ]Standard Regulation

Truthful Information & Transparency Requirements

Users and creators must provide accurate, non-misleading information regarding their identities, products, affiliations, and store descriptions.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Falsifying business identities or claiming partnerships with Minecraft, Mojang, Discord, or other corporations is prohibited.

[ NODE-GL-08 ]Standard Regulation

Compliance with Moderation & Dispute Determinations

Decisions made by BlueNode executive moderation regarding disputes, resource removals, and enforcement actions are final and binding.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Users may appeal disciplinary decisions once via the official Appeals Desk within 14 days of enforcement.
Harassing moderators regarding active enforcement cases will result in immediate disqualification of any appeal.
