Rating Products & Contacting Creators (Support Tickets)

How to leave constructive feedback and open dedicated customer support tickets directly with resource authors.

1. Opening a Creator Support Ticket

If you experience bugs or need setup assistance, do not post in public review threads. Open a direct Creator Support Ticket from your /purchases page:

Click the "Contact Creator" / "Open Ticket" button next to your order.
Provide your server software (e.g. Purpur 1.20.4 build 498), full latest.log errors, and your configuration file.
The creator receives an immediate notification and is obligated under rule [NODE-RS-08] to respond in a timely manner.

2. Leaving a Product Review

Honest reviews help other server owners make informed decisions and reward hard-working creators. After testing the asset, visit the product page and click "Write a Review".

Rate the product from 1 to 5 stars.
Describe your setup experience, plugin performance, and ease of configuration.
Remember that reviews must comply with [NODE-RP-01] and must reflect genuine personal experiences.
