Contest and Giveaway Regulations

Mandatory rules governing all promotional giveaways, contests, and prize drawings organized by creators or community leaders.

Official Marketplace Directive — Mandatory ComplianceThese rules apply to all creators, developers, service providers, and registered members of BlueNode. Violations result in account warnings, listing suspension, or permanent termination. Use the anchor links to cite specific directives.

[ NODE-CG-01 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Mandatory Prize Delivery & Guaranteed Fulfillment

Any creator or entity hosting a giveaway or contest on BlueNode or its affiliated Discord server guarantees 100% fulfillment of the stated prize to the verified winner.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Prizes must be delivered within a maximum of 72 hours following the official winner announcement.
Failure to deliver prizes will result in revocation of creator status, forfeiture of platform escrow, and potential ban for fraudulent promotions.

[ NODE-CG-02 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Strict Prohibition of Fake or Manipulated Giveaways

Rigging giveaways, selecting alternative/friend accounts as winners, or canceling a giveaway because participation was lower than expected is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Giveaways hosted on Discord must utilize certified automated giveaway bots with publicly visible roll logs.
BlueNode staff reserve the right to audit giveaway logs and participant eligibility at any time.

[ NODE-CG-03 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Prohibition of Review Bribing & Coerced Feedback

Giveaways may NEVER require or incentivize users to leave 5-star reviews or favorable feedback on resources as an entry requirement.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Conditions such as "Leave a 5-star review on my plugin to enter" are strictly forbidden and violate both Google SEO and BlueNode trust directives.
Permitted entry requirements include: joining a Discord server, following a store, or leaving constructive feedback in a discussion thread.

[ NODE-CG-04 ]High Priority

Transparent Entry Criteria & Clear Disclosures

All promotional drawings must clearly state the full prize specification, end date and time (with timezone), eligibility restrictions, and selection method.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Any changes to end dates or prize details after launch are prohibited unless explicitly approved by BlueNode management.

[ NODE-CG-05 ]Standard Regulation

Value Cap & Licensing Compliance for Digital Prizes

When offering BlueNode digital resources as prizes, creators must provide a genuine, permanent license key or direct download grant attached to the winner's BlueNode account.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Temporary "trial" keys or access that expires without prior notice cannot be marketed as a full giveaway prize.

[ NODE-CG-06 ]Critical Zero-Tolerance

Compliance with Local Consumer Protection & Gambling Laws

Giveaways requiring any purchase or monetary payment to enter are classified as lotteries/gambling under international law and are strictly prohibited.

Enforcement & Clarifications:

Free method of entry must always be readily accessible to all eligible participants.
